Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and user-centered.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across products.
  • Optimize existing user interfaces to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
  • Understanding of front-end development processes is an added advantage.
